  After 24 years as their patient, It is my hope that people think twice about going to this clinic, all the good Drs and nurses have left, they are now, rude, unhelpful and just want $$. Go somewhere else!

  This is 4 stars because it's not perfect. But they do a really good job. As a 33yr veteran of the medical system I find the wait times to be acceptable. And I do my due diligence to needle the receptionists if I'm, on the off chance, 15 min past the appointed time. They're always very kind, helpful, and understanding. Also, I've been a patient here for over a decade and have seen a few different doctors. *Most* of the doctors have been astounding. They listen and are thoughtful regarding my giant ball of medical junk. The nurses and lab technicians are great people. They make you feel like they truly care. (I suspect they do) However, there was the one doctor I had, who I didn't see eye to eye with. I let him know where I believed he made mistakes and that he could stand to listen better. While I'm not sure he listened all that well to parts, he was very eager to make me happy. As such I asked for a referral for an internal medicine doctor, because I do have a lot going on, medically. While he wasn't the happiest about that, he did give me a referral in clinic and spoke very well of her. The doctor in clinic was great personality -- and most importantly -- skills set fit. On the first visit I asked if she would familiar with my case. She answered "Yes. I was just reviewing it for a few minutes before stopping in here." That was the best answer she could have given. I also have on that visit and others taken opportunities to test her knowledge here and there. Not only does she know the right answer off the top of her head, I also learn something new from her each time. And she's always willing to entertain my questions too! So I feel I'm in very good hands with Dr. Kathryn Aune.
